I skipped breakfast. Probably not the best way to start off the day.

Lunch: 7 points
Can of carrots and peas (2 pts)
1/2 cup baked beans (2 pts)
Granola bar (3 pts)

Dinner: 10 points
Homemade whole wheat pizza with garlic mozzarella and dried basil(10 pts)

Total: 17 points

My target is 22 points per day, so that leaves me 5 points for a snack this afternoon. I may have pretzels or a rice krispy bar.
